Amazing Seasons For Three Prospects

Coach Naugler would like to congratulate long time Prospect Noah Bauld and his Lloydminster Bobcats team for making it to the championship of the national junior A tournament, the RBC Cup. Noah will soon be heading to Cornell University on an athletic scholarship.

Nick Welsh and his Shawinigan Cataractes teammates made it to the championship of the QMJHL, the Presidents Cup, but fell to the Rouyn Noranda Huskies. Nick had a fantastic season, in his third year in the league, and is looking for even more next season.

Chase Marchand was our Prospects goalie coach for several of our younger teams. Chase was the 2015-2016 QMJHL Goaltender of the Year. Also Chase's team, Rouyn Noranda Huskies, won the QMJHL title, the Presidents Cup and went to the title game of the major junior hockey at the Memorial Cup. Unfortunately they lost in overtime to the London Knights. We are expecting great things from Chase next season as he ventures into professional hockey.
